Essential Healthcare Ltd was purchased by SecureHealth (Holdings) Ltd on 30th March 2007. Essential Healthcare Ltd is now a wholly owned subsidiary of SecureHealth (Holdings) Ltd and is part of the AXA UK plc group of companies.

Commenting on the purchase Essential Healthcare Director Shona Hilton said “this deal gives us the opportunity to benefit from Secure Health’s experience and being part of the AXA UK group means we have big company backing to assist our ambitious expansion plans”.

Essential Healthcare was founded in June 1999 and since then has grown to become one of the major players in the UK PMI Broker market. Essential Healthcare clients are scattered world wide and include a number of very well known companies and celebrities from the worlds of sport and entertainment.
